SKIP the DIET!
I’ve tried it all. In my lifetime I’ve tried the Atkins Diet, the South Beach Diet, taken “diet pills,” counted my calories to the max starving myself, counted macros until I could pull my hair out, emphasized lots of protein, the list goes on....
You know what? Some diets are very unhealthy even though they might give instant results. Counting calories/macros is great for some, depending on their goals, BUT I
DON’T HAVE THE TIME! I don’t want to spend my time weighing, logging, & stressing over what I eat. This is not sustainable for me and probably isn’t for you either.
I do not count calories
I do not count macros
I do not restrict myself from having carbs, healthy fats, etc.
I eat to nourish my body
I do not starve myself-I actually eat plenty
I eat real foods that aren’t full of ingredients I’ve never heard of
I am not perfect. I do allow myself to indulge from time to time-WHAT YOU DO EVERYDAY MATTERS MORE THAN WHAT YOU DO EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE.
